Hello there! I’m a contemporary NE Portland townhouse with a cheerful personality, a cozy heart, and a fantastic location just a short stroll from the Alberta Arts District’s favorite restaurants, cafés, and neighborhood hangouts. Built in 2003, I greet guests with a formal entryway and coat closet before showing off my spacious living area, newer hardwood floors, built-in features, and my favorite cold-weather companion: a warm natural gas fireplace. (Portland drizzle and fireplaces are basically best friends.) And, side note, I am not a condo, and I do not have any HOA Dues. 

I love bringing people together. My full kitchen has generous counter and cabinet space, plus a breakfast bar that opens to a welcoming dining area. From there, sliding doors lead out to my private backyard, making indoor/outdoor living feel wonderfully easy. Dinner parties, summer evenings, quiet morning coffee—I’m ready for all of it. And yes, I come fully prepared for move-in day with all appliances included, even the refrigerator, washer, and dryer.

Upstairs, my spacious primary suite offers a walk-in closet and an extra vanity/change area for a little added breathing room. The back bedrooms face west, which means I get absolutely spoiled with Portland’s colorful sunsets pouring through the windows in the evenings. Outside, my fully fenced backyard features a large covered patio with lighting for year-round relaxing, plus a front garden bed just waiting for your flowers, tomatoes, or ambitious herb phase. I also offer excellent parking with both a driveway and a garage, plus extra storage space thanks to my high garage ceilings. Cute, comfortable, practical, and close to everything? I try not to brag… but I think we’d get along really well.
